• Trip content — the trips, itineraries, notes, checklists, and files you add.
• Travel documents — information you choose to store, such as passport details. Sensitive fields (like document numbers) are encrypted at rest.
• Imported email content — when you forward a booking confirmation to your personal import address, we process that message to extract trip details.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details; we receive limited billing information (such as a status and the last four digits) and do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — log data such as your IP address, browser or device type, and actions taken in the Service, used for security, auditing, and reliability.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features;
• to extract details from booking confirmations you forward;
• to show destination information such as advisories, safety, health, and things to do (which involves sending your destination or coordinates to the relevant provider);

4. Cookies and advertising

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. 8. Your choices and rights

You can access and update much of your information from within the Service, and you can delete content or your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by our User Agreement, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
